Lasting Positive Change Requires 20% Insight and 80% Mental Muscle
If you’re not physically fit, you’d feel physical stress as you climb a steep hill.
If you're not mentally fit, you'd feel mental stress - anxiety, frustration or unhappiness - as you handle training and day-to-day challenges.
What is Mental Fitness?
Mental Fitness is your capacity to respond to life’s challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset. When you strengthen the part of your brain that serves you – and quiet the part that sabotages you – you handle work and life's challenges with a more positive mindset, less stress, and greater resilience.

If your Mental Fitness is high, you’ll be able to quickly shift your own brain activation, so you’d feel calm, clear-headed and laser-focused. You’d command your mind to silence the voices that waste your time and drain your energy. Recover faster from setbacks with high mental fitness.
Don't let your best years slip away. Mental Fitness 6-week Boot Camp is the solution.

This program helped me tremendously as I am aware of my triggers and can easily recognize when they are trying to take over. This has helped me become more self-aware which in turn helps me take the time to not allow these triggers to sabotage me. I have less stress and improved sleep. I feel I am a more supportive listener after taking this program. - Brandee C.

MENTAL FITNESS TRAINING WORKS
Build Powerful Habits for a Positive Mind
6-Week Foundation: Build your foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).
Week 1: Self-Command Muscle
Through a breakthrough process called PQ Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle. Each PQ Rep only takes 10 seconds and can be done with eyes open or closed. With each PQ Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.
Week 2-3: Saboteur Interceptor Muscle
You get to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.
Week 4-6: Sage Muscle
You get to practice the Sage Perspective that every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity. And you get to generate the gifts that come from the positive region of your brain which produces calm, clear-headed, laser focused action.

"PQ [mental fitness] has helped me find my peace again. It helps me focus on my work- life balance. Even through the most stressful days PQ helps me stay calm and peaceful. At work I am able to focus on the positive and radiate that mentality to my team. Taking care of myself is helping me be a better leader." - Supervisor
