Designed as a mental fitness boot camp, the PQ Program gives you the insights, motivation, and structure to practice 15 minutes per day for 6 weeks.

6-Week Foundation: Build your foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).
Week 1: Self-Command Muscle
Through a breakthrough process called PQ Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle. Each PQ Rep only takes 10 seconds and can be done with eyes open or closed. With each PQ Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.
Week 2-3: Saboteur Interceptor Muscle
You get to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.
Week 4-6: Sage Muscle

My name is Theresa Swift ("Coach Teri"). I'm a CERTIFIED Mental Fitness Coach. Having worked in fast-paced, demanding industries, I understand the pressure that executives, leaders, and high-performing professionals face every day and the palpable stress you're under.
My experience using the Positive Intelligence program for mental fitness was very beneficial—and fun! Participating with a pod of fellow learners and being supported by Coach Teri kept me on track with my goals for the program and personal growth. That social aspect of the experience let me hear what was working for others, and I was able to find support and encouragement from them. Between the videos, the pod, the coaching and the targeted mental fitness exercises, I gathered new tools to help me be a more calm and encouraging person. I found videos by founder Shirzad Chamine to be engaging, and I felt his sincere desire to have me grow in my ability to navigate the ups and downs and surprises in life with tools for peace and personal success. The daily PQ reps helped me overcome some of my unhealthy tendencies to please others and to judge them. Simple exercises to steer my brain to a more relaxed and peaceful place really made a difference as I stepped into situations I knew might be a challenge. I continue to use some of those exercises when I feel pressure rising!
I had no idea of the value Positive Intelligence would play in my life until Teri encouraged me to do the course. It was a game changer!
