Join me

Many of us have been watching difficult escalating world or community events. You may already be managing daily challenges, feel high-stress, and are tending to unexpected situations. Perhaps you, like me, have felt your stress level or negativity rise.

I've created free mini-"stress breaks" -- think of it like 15-min coffee breaks -- because I wanted to be more diligent with my own wellness. I've spoken to many who are feeling stress, frustration, disappointment, exhaustion . . . the list goes on. We've had a whirlwind past few years. I invite you to join me.

Simple yet powerful

During each "refresh & renew" session, I'll be guiding you through simple-to-follow mental fitness exercises that counter the negative impacts of stress-induced cortisol.

Take 15 minutes for yourself
You deserve it!

Click to register on the days below. Drop-in when you can. Come and go as you'd like.

Note: Once you register, the link you receive is good for future mini-sessions of the same day and time. E.g., if you select Tuesdays at 9:30, you can drop into any future Tuesday at 9:30.

2023 SCHEDULE  -- 2023 Refresh & Renew sessions end on Dec 15.
NOTE: If you've attended in 2023, you'll have to re-register for 2024.
Zoom info is not the same for both years.

2024 SCHEDULE  (January 2, 2024 - December 15, 2024)

My desire is to provide a respite, relaxation, and some "me time" for people who may feel stressed, extra busy, or grieving recent events. I'll be guiding us through exercises that create both relaxation and focus.

Just as flight attendants say, we need to "put on our own oxygen mask first," after which we'll be better equipped to help others and be a brighter light in this world.
